The following purchase conditions apply to international retailers:
IN SHORT
- All international orders have to be pre-paid, unless otherwise agreed upon.
- You will pay your order direclty at check-out, using PayPal. PayPal accepts most major credit cards.You can also choose to pay by Proforma Invoice.
- Minimum order 1500 SEK / approx. 135 EUR / 145 USD (before tax and shipping cost). No tax will be charged on international orders.
- We offer FREE SHIPPING on all European and US orders above 3500 SEK / approx. 315 EUR / 340 USD.
- You can mix FIREFLY and BLU KAT products in your order. They will be shipped together.
- The customer is responsible for any customs/import and duty fees.
PRICES / QTY
All prices are per piece and excl. of VAT and shipping. We reserve the right to adjust prices and fees and we reserve ourselves against printing errors. All Firefly products are sold in packs of 5. All BLU KAT products ara sold in units of 2.
PAYMENT TERMS
Payments are made directly through PayPal, using your PayPal account or a credit card as payment. If you are not able to pay via PayPal we can arrange for payment via bank wire transfer.
SHIPPING
If all items are in stock we will ship your order within 2-4 buisness days. Introshowroom AB reserves the right that a product may be temporarily sold out. In this case, we announce this and send the remaining goods as usual. Delivered orders can not be canceled.
SHIPPING TERMS
Your order will be sent with the fastest and most cost effective courier. For most international orders we ship with UPS. We offer free shipping for orders above 3500 SEK (approx. 315 EUR / 340 USD), for orders below 3500 SEK we add a flat rate shipping cost of 300 SEK (approx. 28 EUR / 29 USD).
DAMAGES DURING TRANSPORTATION
If the goods arrive damaged, the damage must be reported to us immediately so that we can report the damage to the courier. IMPORTANT! Document the damage with photos! Both packaging and content.
COMPLAINTS AND RETURNS
Please contact us, or your sales agent, if you have not received the products you ordered or if something is damaged. Remarks must be made within 3 days of receipt of the goods.
We reserve the right for printing errors, errors in information, and errors in specifications, on all products in our range. All image information on our pages should be seen as illustrations, and we can not guarantee that the image reflects the exact appearance, color or nature of the product.
CANCELLATION
Cancellation of orders is possible at no cost to the customer until the time the order is executed. You as a customer are, when we have executed your order, in all cases obliged to receive the shipment. A cancellation is not valid until a confirmation from us has been received.
DISPUTE
Any dispute is referred to a Swedish court.
FORCE MAJEURE
In the event of war, natural disaster, industrial action, government decisions, non-delivery of subcontractors, costly circumstances, and comparable events beyond our control which could not be reasonably foreseen, and affect agreements entered into and commitments on our part, which means that we may not keep the said agreement / undertaking, shall form the basis for us to be released from our obligations to fulfill the said agreement.
